Refund policy

Returns – U.S. Orders Only

We currently do not offer product exchanges.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items.
To start a return, please contact us in advance at info@cnewlab.com.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee Policy

Orders under $50: Refund minus the original shipping fee and the return label cost
Orders over $50 (free shipping applied): Refund minus $6.99 and the return label cost
Partial returns: A return shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted
(subject to change depending on the region)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@cnewlab.com and include the following:

A photo of the shipping label with tracking number
A photo of all items received in the box
A close-up photo of the damaged item

⚠️ We cannot process compensation without photo evidence.
Please make sure to take all required photos before discarding the packaging.

Refunds

Returned items are received and inspected by Amazon’s fulfillment center.
C'NEW LAB does not manually inspect returned items.
Refunds will be issued based on Amazon’s assessment of the returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was processed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@cnewlab.com.

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photo evidence as listed above.
We’ll do our best to assist you.
